Sonny Pham, the founder of Oodle Noodle, arrived in Canada back in 1989 after years of living and traveling through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.
His years of experience dealing with food was instantly recognized and put to use over the next 15 years as Head Chef in several restaurants.
On April 10, 2005, Sonny realized his dream of opening a restaurant. One that would serve his very own recipes for delicious Asian food and would put his passion for cooking on display. Oodle Noodle was born with the opening of the Whyte Avenue location in Edmonton.
In 2010, Sonny’s dream and ambitions to expand on what he loves hit an amazing milestone with the opening of the “Noodle Factory”. This is where Sonny and his team make all the noodles, sauces and tofu for all Oodle Noodle locations. The factory has played a very important role in Oodle Noodle's success and ability to grow.
